At the bottom of the 'Misc' tab of 'Filtering Options', do you have 'Bypass content scanning for streaming content' selected?

The checkbox for 'Bypass content scanning for streaming content' is checked.
The company that installed our UTM has responded that they have contacted Sophos about this issue. They could reproduce the problem on their UTM. If I get more information I'll post it here.
