Video's don't play in Chrome due to anti-virus on UTM

At the bottom of the 'Misc' tab of 'Filtering Options', do you have 'Bypass content scanning for streaming content' selected?

The checkbox for 'Bypass content scanning for streaming content' is checked.

The company that installed our UTM has responded that they have contacted Sophos about this issue. They could reproduce the problem on their UTM. If I get more information I'll post it here.

I've had the same issue as well, and there has been a few threads I've come across that discuss it and so far the best work around I've found is an A/V exception that targets this regex string:

No we did not yet get a solution from Sophos. There are some difficulties in the communication with our firewall integrator. And they say they have difficulties with the support from Sophos.

I've seen similar issues plaguing streaming video. But my problem is usually fast forwarding video would cause it to error out unless I added an Antivirus Exception
