The checkbox for 'Bypass content scanning for streaming content' is checked.
The company that installed our UTM has responded that they have contacted Sophos about this issue. They could reproduce the problem on their UTM. If I get more information I'll post it here.
I've had the same issue as well, and there has been a few threads I've come across that discuss it and so far the best work around I've found is an A/V exception that targets this regex string:
