So, overall I think this forum format is a far superior solution to the previous version.

 

Two things I see that would be really nice to have and change:

1.  Have a mark all read function and allow us to show only unread items in the list.

2.  It is really difficult to get use to the poster information being displayed below their post rather than above it like most (all of the ones I use) other forum software.

 

I thought I had seen an option to post feedback somewhere, but didn't see it this time for some reason.  Sorry if this is misdirected.

    Thanks.  I think the thing that I miss is a mark all read when I am done reading.  But I cannot figure out how to show my only unread threads since my last marked all read or even last visit for that matter.  Right now it shows 1209 pages of unread discussions.  I would love for it to just show 2-3 pages each day and when done reviewing the list, have a mark all read option to clear the list.  Just a wish list so to speak.  Thanks Bob!

    Darrell, last year, I just went back to 1/1/2016 and used Ctrl-Left-Click to open up ten at a time, Ctrl-w to close each one after the other and continued forward until all of the older 2016 threads were marked as read (it's done automatically).  Now, anything that appears that's less than a year old is a thread with a new or edited post.

    It does look like it is working, but man, there are 1209 pages worth of threads in my case.  I really have to click on every single thread just to get them to be marked read?  I must still be missing something.  I am really sorry to be so darn dense.

    Well, I did a lot of clicking and closing, Darrell.  I got it down to 50/minute, [:)]

    Hopefully they will implement a Mark All Read function soon.  It seems like an obvious feature to have and nearly all of the forums I join support the functionality.  I miss being able to do so from the old forums still.
