UTM Replacement (domain-joined)

I just upgraded our UTM SG series to a larger model. I ran setup and imported/restored the config, but now I cannot login. Is there anything extra needed for this to accept my valid domain login credentials? I do still have SSH access, but I no longer have physical access because it was just installed in a vendor's cabinet.

  • If you restore the backup, you will have SSH access.  Put the backup in the root directory of a USB memory stick and reboot the device.
