Cannot use SG105 license on ASG software device.

Where I can get SG105 software application? This error come after I put my license key.

before this, I already reset my SG105 .

Are you trying to apply a Home-Use license to an SG 105 that you have purchased for your home?

Are you trying to apply a Home-Use license to an SG 105 that you have purchased for your home?

Hi Balfson,

I buy SG105 together with license ACT-SGH105xxx-xxxxxxxxxx and it working well.

One day, SG105 not working well and i have to reset the firewall. I got the software from www.sophos.com/.../utm-downloads.aspx
Then, after I am trying to update the license this error come.

I think you are re-imaging UTM with an incorrect firmware. Download and reimage UTM with a firmware from http://download.astaro.com/UTM/v9/up2date/ and try the license.
