Please HELP!! Sophos UTM 9 blocking my cams app

Hi all,

i have a network using sophos UTM 9 as default gateway.

i connect to my clients using an app using the UDP port 11001, when i deploy sophos in my network, this app always failed to connect.

Also, i can't connect to this link https://*****.dyndns.org:89/ using the UDP port 89.

Also, whatsapp calls is blocked, i can't make calls through the wifi.

Please i need an urgent help in order to solve these issues.

Those are some non-standard ports. Ensure they are open on your Firewall. If you're using Web Protection add them as allowed services under Web Protection --> Filtering Options --> Misc

but i already opened any service from internal network to any destination, and the ports are added to Misc.

so what i can do as additional?

#1 Rule does not appears...

I tried to create another VM and reinstall Sophos with the basic configuration, #1 rule appears and the ports are blocked.

if I connect my pc directly to the access point, the ports function normally.

how can edit #1 Rule??!
