Project Copernicus

Hi guys, 

FYI, Cyberoam resellers and partners received this e-mail today, invitating them to join the webcast:

Cyberoam will soon be announcing an all-new OS that combines the best of both Cyberoam and Sophos technology. Prior to its release, the codename for this new OS is Project Copernicus, and you’re invited to join the Beta program and put it to test.

• Testing goals and feedback process

I will attend it also (since I've got the link), but in my opinion more important question is - why Cyberoam announced it before Sophos, does that mean that they are driving the project ?

    Well so far I am waiting for the Beta forum to open up
    I am not really sure on if I like the current Beta or not
    There are some really awesome ideas which I fully support, like the CLI, which finally exists, but is nowhere near complete, or I just fail to understand it correctly

    Also the UI does have some flaws, mainly that it is too heavily scrolling based, which results out of the idea, that everything should be reached within 3 clicks, I don't think this is for the best, but we'll see about that
