Collecting data from custom hotspot logon page

Hi I'm a complete UTM noob, so please excuse if this is a dumb question.

I'm needing to capture information from hotspot logon pages. (some silly UK legislation about recording Name and address data). Is there a way of getting a custom uploaded logon page to capture these variables, or is URL redirection after logon my only option?
