Collecting data from custom hotspot logon page

Hi I'm a complete UTM noob, so please excuse if this is a dumb question.

I'm needing to capture information from hotspot logon pages. (some silly UK legislation about recording Name and address data). Is there a way of getting a custom uploaded logon page to capture these variables, or is URL redirection after logon my only option?

As far as I know the only possibility is using vouchers, and in User Portal typing in e.g. sir/firstname and mail for this user -> handing out this voucher code.

Other implementations are imho not possible

I'm not an expert in HTML but I think you should be able to do so by editing the login page template. You can read more about it here.
