Service Definition Not Showing on Daily Report

Hi, I created a service definition for RTP Media (for our SIP trunking).  
	RTP Media	UDP	1:65535 → 58024:60999


On my daily reports it's still showing individual ports being utilized, which are random in my range of 58024-609999. See screenshot.



How can I correct this so my report will just group all of the ports onto the same service?

    Hi, if you're a paying customer, I would suggest opening a support case with your reseller and/or Sophos support.

    Otherwise, I would have to guess 
    a. perhaps only built-in service definitions are used in these reports?
    OR
    b. perhaps you need another definition for the traffic in the opposite direction; e.g.
    RTP Media Out UDP 58024:60999 → 1:65535
