No internet connection

Hello,
Been having an issue lately where the PC logs in and has local network connectivity but cannot access the internet, I am not able to ping the UTM from the PC but I can ping all local network devices, If I log into the UTM and Ping the PC without internet the PC will then have internet connection after pinging from the UTM. Has anyone ever seen this?

using Sophos UTM 320
Firmware Version: 9.212-3
Full Guard subscription

Hi,

Someone posted something like this before; iirc it was an issue with the PC OS or NIC drivers.

Is the default gateway and DNS set properly on the PC?

I have checked to make sure the drivers are up to date on the PC's, also the gateway and DNS are configured properly, I have opened up a support case with sophos. I will post what comes from that to help someone else.

I'm hosting it virtually using 2VMXNET 3 hosted NICS. Cable modem plugged into one NIC for WAN only, LAN plugged into Switch. System info in Sig

So, what about the drivers would make my phone able to ping inside the network (including the firewall itself), but not access the internet until the firewall pings it?
