No internet connection

Hello,
Been having an issue lately where the PC logs in and has local network connectivity but cannot access the internet, I am not able to ping the UTM from the PC but I can ping all local network devices, If I log into the UTM and Ping the PC without internet the PC will then have internet connection after pinging from the UTM. Has anyone ever seen this?

using Sophos UTM 320
Firmware Version: 9.212-3
Full Guard subscription

    I have the problem device bypass IDS, filters and web proxy.  Have a rule that allows all outbound ports open.   I even logged into the firewall from terminal, and did a tcpdump -i eth0 src host 192.168.1.105 (eth0=internal interface, .105 device).  When I try to browse a web page, I get no traffic from the tcpdump, if I ping th device from the firewall, I will begin to see traffic.

    Did you look at the logs mentioned in #1 in Rulz?  Also, check #3.1.

    3.1 Was my problem.  I had 2 nics setup on my esxi for the LAN side, something about that config it didnt like, dropped 1 nic from the LAN vswitch, and it seems to be working correctly now.

    That was short lived....  Not only is the phone acting up again, now other devices are acting the same (wife's laptop, and one server so far).

    Looks like more testing for me...

    I don't know what is causing my problem, seems to have started when I virtualized my firewall, so I am going to move it back to a separate physical machine.
