Searching for Sophos UTM Detailed Documentation

I am still looking for detailed documentation. 

I have lots of questions, and still have not found any official documentation from Sophos that describes anything to help me to understand UTM behavior in IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL for many many cases. The WebAdmin help files parrot the UTM user manual. 

The Sophos knowledgebase is sometimes helpful, more often not.  

I appreciate the help that this forum community offers, especially certain members who seem to have near-encyclopedic knowledge of the Sophos UTM and its behavior. 

Still, I wish there was another level of documentation that dives deeper into each UTM feature, its functionality, and UTM behavior so that I can answer my own questions without feeling compelled to bring them to this forum. 

Any guidance to find detailed documentation would be appreciated. Am I wrong in assuming that it exists? How does Sophos train its technical support engineers? It is hard to imagine that they pester the developers for every detailed question that comes up.

    if you are a partner you get access to more documentation and that's also where you can get fre or reduced cost training and certifications.

    we´re a Sophos Partner, but I don´t know where to get this extra documentation?! Is there an extra portal website, whats the link? I agree with the  thread opener, that the documentation is not that detailed, e.g. compared to the documentation from Cisco.... Sophos´s slogan "Security made simple" is nice, but I don´t know where the problem is, to provide more detailed documentation?! Some or many questions regarding the function of the utm are unanswered and its more a learning by doing for me....

    look for the sizing guide for 9.2 it is in the partner portal...[:)]  it gives you the hardware specs of all of the sg series and ratings for each.
