I have had this issue before, but I am trying to make better sense of it, since I do not have a "dev/test" platform available to me. The UTM software runs atop Hyper-V 2012 R2 on a machine that has 3 NICs, 1 for management, the other two for internal and external control. With version 9.2 there are no issues, as seen in the picture of Pre 9.3. You will see no emails about the internet link. Install any version of 9.3 and within 24 hours there have been 5 notifications that the internet has gone down then come back up again. As I write this, on just past the twenty four hour mark, I received another email saying it is down then up again. Only this time there was a two minute gap. I have one computer that sits outside the network and is hooked into the same router that the UTM is hooked to and it has no issues with network connectivity. Something is borked with 9.3 that it is constantly dropping the internet connection. Or is it me?
