UTM 9.3 Outlook disconnect problem

Hi,
We were using Sophos UTM9   version 9.209-8  on a virtual machine with 3 Go of memory. The proxy is using for accessing to the Internet , for hosted applications like Exchange Online with Outlook 2007 .
Since I have updated the version of UTM for 9.302-2 , I am facing of performance problem and Outlook 2007 loses connection and reconnect many time per hour. I have noticed that the using swap on server increases abnormally and that Secure Web statistics are no more available.
I rolled back to version 9.209-8 and the the Oulook connexion is now stable. Any Help will be appreciate.

    Of course, I have paid licenses, my main problem is that Sophos don't want to work with end-user. To explain: I now use Astaro since 3 years and have 1 unlimited Web Security licence, 5 Web security licenses for 250 users each one . I have also installed 5 clusters of UTM120 appliances with Network Security and Web Security license in my enterprise all over the world. I have found a reseller who is able to sale appliances, to sale licenses but not to bring any assistance for problems or for opening a case for me . Obtaining a fix for a bug should be a possible thing for end-user or Sophos should integrate automatically the fix in next version.
