UTM 9.3 Outlook disconnect problem

Hi,
We were using Sophos UTM9   version 9.209-8  on a virtual machine with 3 Go of memory. The proxy is using for accessing to the Internet , for hosted applications like Exchange Online with Outlook 2007 .
Since I have updated the version of UTM for 9.302-2 , I am facing of performance problem and Outlook 2007 loses connection and reconnect many time per hour. I have noticed that the using swap on server increases abnormally and that Secure Web statistics are no more available.
I rolled back to version 9.209-8 and the the Oulook connexion is now stable. Any Help will be appreciate.

    Try temporarily disabling the IPS to see if that is the cause.

    Hi,
    Thank you Bob and Thomas but IPS is not enable in my configuration. My UTM is used only as proxy .
    I have tried to install release 9.303-2 and the result is the same.  The connection is lost and it reconnects few seconds after . I have  noticed that the problem is only for https sites.
    My installation is made on Virtual machine, so I can install and go back on a test installation with a snapshot.

    You need to check the Intrusion Prevention log file as it also contains a record of Anti-DoS activity.

    My current intrusion prevention system log file is empty, no archive log file has been created

    I have notice many event like this one in webfiltering log, this events seem to be write when users lose connection
    httpproxy[7328]: id="0003" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" request="0xa3aa6000" function="read_request_body_sink" file="request.c" line="427" message="client closed connection"
    We have not these events with 9.209-8 version
    is there someone who know what is the problem and can help me ?

    I don't see that in 9.304, PHT, but we don't use hosted Exchange.

    PHT, I don't know for sure, but kind of looks similar to a TLS negotiation problem that I've seen before?  Maybe try setting a TLS negotiation skip on the SMTP advanced tab for the senders in question, and see what you get?

    Same Problem here.
    Installed 9.3*** and Outlook 2013 looses connection and reconnect to the Exchange 2013.
    We rolled back to 9.209-8 an our connection is now stable to.

    I opened a ticket on monday (Premium Support!!!!) but no reaction. So i rolled back today to the older version as mentioned above.

    do you use the transparent or the forced proxy?
    Do you have https scanning enabled?
