UTM 9.2 dont send notification emails

Hi,

I have a problem with UTM 9.2 and notifications. 
About a month ago I had to reinstall my UTM with the firmware version 9.207-19, and I uploaded a backup file with the previous configuration.
Since then I haven´t recived any notifications by email. I have checked the Notifications system and everything seems to be normal.

Does anyone know what might be hapenning?

  • Guille, I didn't realize that you were on a High-Availability setup.  You may have other problems.  I suggest that you get Sophos Support involved ASAP.
