UTM 9.2 dont send notification emails

Hi,

I have a problem with UTM 9.2 and notifications. 
About a month ago I had to reinstall my UTM with the firmware version 9.207-19, and I uploaded a backup file with the previous configuration.
Since then I haven´t recived any notifications by email. I have checked the Notifications system and everything seems to be normal.

Does anyone know what might be hapenning?

    Guille, open the SMTP Live Log, disconnect the WAN Ethernet cable and reconnect it.  That should generate two messages.  Show us the log lines related to one of those messages.

    I did what you told me but the only messages I had on SMTP Live Log (Logging and Reporting->View Log Files-> SMTP proxy Live Log)are this:

    "2014:11:17-17:34:11 SOPHOS-1-1 smtpd[32198]: QMGR[32198]: Master is gone, exiting too 
    2014:11:17-17:36:21 SOPHOS-1-2 smtpd[22436]: QMGR[22436]: Master is gone, exiting too"

    By what I see this messages are repeating in a loop every 5 minutes so I think that when I disconnected the wan cable didn´t generate a entry in the SMTP live log...



    In Logging and Reporting->View Log Files-> Admin notifications Live Log, I saw this messages:

    Guille, I didn't realize that you were on a High-Availability setup.  You may have other problems.  I suggest that you get Sophos Support involved ASAP.
