In fact, Sophos Support may not support you if you make changes to the system via the command line without their "blessing."
Support won't throw you to the wolves, but you will be required to do a factory reset on the system or re-install from ISO to removed back-end customizations that you've added before they will assist, even if they seem unrelated to the issue you are having.
