No, there's not ... the reason being is there is more potential to create issues on the UTM trying to use a command line interface than the GUI. In fact, Sophos Support may not support you if you make changes to the system via the command line without their "blessing."
You can find certain commands listed in the Knowledge Base, and perhaps posted in different threads here, but use them with caution. You can perform 99.9% of UTM configurations out there with only the GUI -- the only time I go to the command line is for troubleshooting a customer's system, or for the few (very few) configuration items that are not exposed via the GUI.
In fact, Sophos Support may not support you if you make changes to the system via the command line without their "blessing."
Support won't throw you to the wolves, but you will be required to do a factory reset on the system or re-install from ISO to removed back-end customizations that you've added before they will assist, even if they seem unrelated to the issue you are having.
