Sophos Home 9.204-20 randomly shutdown every few days & sporadic lag every few min

My Sophos Home Randomly shutsdown about every week or so for few hours and then starts back up.  Also it suffers from random few second lag every 35 minutes or so.
How can I pinpoint what's going on.

    This smells like a hardware problem or maybe a driver issue.  What are you using?  Also, make & model of NICs.
