Sophos Home 9.204-20 randomly shutdown every few days & sporadic lag every few min

My Sophos Home Randomly shutsdown about every week or so for few hours and then starts back up. Also it suffers from random few second lag every 35 minutes or so.
How can I pinpoint what's going on.

1. check the logs

2. run 'top' on the console while a user connects to the VPN.
watch total CPU and RAM

Running TOP was watching TOP and connected via SSL VPN, TOP froze did not even show any spikes, the whole system froze and rebooted.

It rebooted, now I logged in via SSL VPN to reproduce it and it works ok.

Max total CPU usage is 8% by mdw.plx
