the web console of Sophos UTM 9.2 is not available !!!!

Hello ,

Today, when I tried to connect to the web console of my Sophos UTM9.2 , i get an error !!!
the error is :

"Web page unavailable"

I made it clear that the connection of internet and the rules work fine but the web console is not available.

I have tried to restart the webadmin console with the command : /etc/init.d/httpd restart but no result !!!

i want to clarify one thing : when i try to execute the command of the restart webadmin console , i get error "failed restart" in the process of the restarting the console webadmin .

Does anything appear in /var/log/httpd.log and /var/log/webadmin.log?

On the shell in
/var/log

Use 'tail' or 'more' or 'less'...

Via the console or ssh (command line)

Examples:

loginuser@utm:/home/login > less /var/log/httpd.log

loginuser@utm:/home/login > less /var/log/webadmin.log

You can also check "Sophos UTM usefull commands" to allow Network Access ANY IP for your webadmin or Change Port it listens to

(Default port: 4444)

Try a different browser. Be sure that it's not configured to use the HTTP Proxy. Any luck with that?

had a similar thing happen to ours for about 3 weeks... I did not get a chance to reboot it myself, but after the reboot it work this was a 220 appliance.
