RED as a Transparent/split mode

Dear all,

Our customer having the RED 10 in 14 locations and having ADSL line with same IP range 192.168.1.x. 

We have configured the RED as a Transparent/split mode with DHCP because in the remote location they don't want any control from Head office UTM and only want to ping the HO network.

Problem facing : If we configured the RED interface IP as different sub net like (192.168.2.x,192.168.3.x,192.168.2.4,192.168.4.x......) then we can able to ping the Head office network from remote location . if we configured the same RED interface IP for 14 location Tunnel is UP but cant able to ping the HO network.

Please help me to fix this issue.

    We recommend that you not use subnets in 192.168.0.0/16.  Those are the ranges used by home networks and public hotspots, and remote access connections from them could cause the same problem you're seeing now with the REDs.

    All but the largest organizations should use subnets in 172.16.0.0/12.  I've seen problems where an admin used 10.0.0.0/8 - and that's to be avoided, too.
