missing previously listed bug in known issues list

We had a problem with a RED50 and tagged VLANs and after long strugle I found a "known issue" on the Sophos website.

The issue ID is ID23947 .

This issue disappeared in the "known issue" list  v 1.62 2013/12/11 .

I can only find this issue in a google cached version of the "known issue" list.

Why has this issue been deleted from the list as it's not fixed yet ?

    This is not a place to contact Sophos officially.  Outside of the beta forums where developers occasionally ask questions of folks that have reported a bug, no Sophos employee is paid to participate here.  When you see someone like Mario post here, it's in his spare time, and because he enjoys interacting with folks here.

    The problem with RED 50 and tagged VLANs is an issue that should lead to a Support ticket with Sophos.  I don't think it's unreasonable for Sophos to note that an issue won't be fixed in 9.1, but that it will disappear in 9.2 because of other changes.  Hopefully, your Support ticket will cause them to reevaluate their current policy.
