missing previously listed bug in known issues list

We had a problem with a RED50 and tagged VLANs and after long strugle I found a "known issue" on the Sophos website.

The issue ID is ID23947 .

This issue disappeared in the "known issue" list  v 1.62 2013/12/11 .

I can only find this issue in a google cached version of the "known issue" list.

Why has this issue been deleted from the list as it's not fixed yet ?

    Hi. That ID has been closed as 9.1 "won't fix" issue as it will be fixed in 9.2 by a proper VLAN solution for RED50.

    That does not explain why it's missing from the currently available known-issues list.

    The problem itself gave me a hard time finding it's a bug and everyone else who is searching is not finding this issue anymore.

    And since 9.2 is announced for early 2014 I think it should be mentioned somewhere that it's not working at the moment.

    It's certainly not a good practice to silently drop an issue out of such a list, since other issues are still mentioned with a "fixed in version" comment.
