System Emails cannot be sent

Hi all,

I have a client that is using a Sophos UTM Firewall. For guests there is a wireless hotspot with "password of the day" functionality. Since we have migrated the on-premises Exchange server to Office 365, the password is not being sent to the specified receipient anymore. I was looking for any SMTP server config, that the firewall uses to send such emails but I couldnt find anything. I don't know the Sophos products well, so can you please help me and tell me where I can confirgure the right options to make the email sending work?

Hi,

You can set a mail server in the Management->Notifications settings.

The external SMTP server is disabled, does that mean that the firewall is currently sending emails via sendmail or similar?
