beginner:unable to access ASG

Hi guys, I'm new here and new to astaro as well.

I have a problem where i am unable to access our ASG anymore. Upon checking from our monitoring tools, swap space and memory has reached 100% already. I have ASG v8.0 and I'm only accessing it remotely, and thru VPN tunnel. I am unable to ping our ASG as well. Its impossible for me to go onsite right now, is there other way where i could manage or access ASG? Appreciate all you help.

    Do you have ssh access setup?

    If so, get in and run 'top' and hit shift-M to sort by memory usage.

    Otherwise, get someone to reboot it and keep an eye on it afterwards.

    How much ram is installed?
