limit speed for one ip?

does anyone have some good instructions on how to limit the bandwith on one or a group of ip addresses

    Sorry I would argue its not exactly straight forward  (but as always thanks for being so fast with the replies)

    I still pretty much a noob at this

    I assume your talking about the QoS page

    under that I see 

    Traffice selectors
    Bandwith pools
    Download throttling

    but under each of those are plenty of options

    I assume that bandwidth pool is to guarantee upto a certain amount of bandwidth
    (so i dont want that)

    Download throttling is probably more likely

    under that i see 

    Name (okay thats straight forward)
    interface (grey to internal)

    position (stragight forward)
    limite (yea i get it)
    limit (shared , each source address, destination , both)

    then  Traffice selector
    * Ref_qostraanyfromanyto
    *ref_qostraanyfrom pingt


    but even if i fudge all that I don't see a way to add a host or a group of hosts to said throttel
