You need a Web Protection subscription - all of those domain names are listed as "Malicious sites - High Risk." I checked several of the IPs, and all were "High Risk." All would be blocked by Web Filtering.

I'm amazed that DoD publishes such a list rather than provide a service to RBL and anti-malware list providers. I think that they could save some money by changing to 21st-century technology. [:(]
