Black list of ip addresses

is there a way to black list ip addresse in UTM 9?

    Did you know you can filter out all traffic from any specific countries you want?  That might cut your list way down right off the bat.

    yes i was aware and its already being used (although I question how accurate it is sometimes)

    HOWEVER i have no way of knowing what ipaddresses are on the "china" list or not so it really doesnt do me any good
