Security Certificate

I wanted to know how often does the sophos utm security certificates update? Been getting weird errors after installing one they are showing it has expired like 3 years ago.

The install was for the browser certificates so Sophos could scan SSL traffic. But believe it would be more of a hassle to do this. Mean what are the chances you could get a virus over SSL traffic. Slim to none almost. And yes the unit does have the correct time on it. Just was Google chrome was having issues with it. Firefox and IE work fine just Google chrome does not.

Are you serious? SSL provides zero/nada/zilch protection against any malware.

True but chances are slim if you do not browse to unknown sites and are careful.

Then you wouldn't need any HTTP/S-Proxy security functionality at all, right?
