Unable to reach website from Astaro

I am trying to reach this site 

It is reachable at all times from other locations but when I am behind Astaro it can only be reached intermittently.

In URL filtering I have added it to the always allow this site box.

    That's the link from google to the site, but not the site itself.
    Nothing else in the log?

    Also, you checked the IPS log?

    It says blocked but where do I unblock it?

    This site is run by the city council and I find it is actually all sites to do with the city council that are not being able to visit.

    I can actually visit the site now ( I haven't changed anything ), but I expect later on I will be unable again so I don't understand what is going on.

    There is nothing in the IPS log also

    Its working fine here also, but when it stops working for me behind astaro, it is still reachable from other PCs which are not behind my astaro.

    Do you have blocked some categories?

    When I tested the url on this website URL Category Lookup it tells me, it is the category "Public Information". Maybe you have blocked this category.

    No that category is not blocked

    The block is with statuscode="502", and that means the site doesn't play well with Proxies.  You can try an Exception for Anti-Virus for https?//[A-Za-z0-9.-]*palmerstonnorth.com.  If that doesn't work, put a DNS Host for palmerstonnorth in the 'Skip transparent mode destination hosts/nets' box on the 'Advanced' tab.

    I have the same errors but independent from device.
    iPad App for Astaro Forum also shows error messages when using it via mobile network.
