Unable to reach website from Astaro

I am trying to reach this site 

It is reachable at all times from other locations but when I am behind Astaro it can only be reached intermittently.

In URL filtering I have added it to the always allow this site box.

    I have a Win7 machine behind the Transparent proxy, and another with WinXP using Standard/AD-SSO and have no problems with the site.

    I would suspect your WAN connection or your ISP.

    The block is with statuscode="502", and that means the site doesn't play well with Proxies.


    Hi, it looks like Bob is right about the meaning of 502 codes, but the site did work for me at work with a Squid proxy. FWIW.

    it works fine here with utm 8.305 and chrome using http proxy w/dual scan..[:)]  if you are getting a 502 error then i bet your isp has an invisible web proxy on your connection.

    Seems to work fine behind various ASGs I use. Have you added the execption rule Bob mentioned? did it work after that was added?

    Sorry for the delay replying have been away.

    I have tried adding the exceptions for antivirus for geoguide.palmerstonnorth.com

    I also added DNS host palmerstonnorth.com to transparent mode skiplist

    Still no joy. The site is still only loading intermittently
