I am using sysaid to run a helpdesk/asset management. 

Has anyone had any experience with this?

  • It's not that it will void your support agreement forever, but if you make unsupported system changes from the backend and need to contact support about an issue, reload from ISO beforehand.  That's the first thing support is going to require you to do, before anything else.
