Hi every one,

is what I can restore a backup of ASG 8.301 softwar installation in a appliance ASG 220?

    Hi, hakimhakim, and welcome to the User BB!

    Yes, you can.  Put an unencrypted backup on a USB memory stick, insert it into the ASG 220 and boot.  You will need to login and apply the new license for the 220 before it will work.

    When you are ready to replace the software device with the new 220, you probably will need to reboot any routers/switches directly connected in order to clear their ARP tables.
