DynDNS & App Control Continuously Restarting

ASG 8.301

Just updated to 8.301 last Thursday or Friday and since then the DynDNS & Application Control services are restarting approximately every 15 minutes.

System resources all seem normal and the same as before update.

Anyone else experiencing this?  Anyone have any suggestions?

    I usually suggest the following sequence when something seems hosed for no apparent reason:

     1. Restart.
    2. Restore known-good backups.
    3. Factory Reset (be sure you have lots of off-loaded backups before this step!).
    4. Reload from CDROM.

    2) Restore known-good backups -- Issue persists
    3) Factory Reset -- Issue persists
    4) Reload -- Issue persists

    Anyone???  This issue is killing me as it resets the internet connection every 15 minutes when the services restart.

    Oh..and restored to 8.300
