need advice on network configuration

Hi. I've got a network and want to put web filter on it and security. I have imac 2010 21.5 inch, HTC Droid Incredible phone, Samsung galaxy tab 10.1, 2 laptop, one pc running windows 7. The pc is velocity micro mx225 I think. Xbox 360,PS3, and a Wii. 

I'm on Cisco EFT team so ill have a Cisco wifi router as my main router. I'd like to have 2 separate networks. One for gaming so they are dmz type zone and then everything else secured with web filter and so on. Gaming needs to be able to stream media from imac though or windows, but not sure if that's necessary yet. 

I need the web filter with category **** and some others to block. Be nice for normal security stuff like ips, av etc. WEB filter only for wii and ps3 web browser. I don't want anything else touching the gaming. I may want to give the ps3 and the 360 priority for gaming and netflix streaming. 

I'm not sure how to put this type of network together. I would love some suggestions. My connection is business class 12/2 comcast. My budget is free or very cheap because I'm not working and am on disability.

    I only meant that I don't know where to look in the docs. Because looking at the names of sections to click on doesn't relate to my config. I'm learning so that's why I am not sure where to look. I'd have to read all of it which is pointless considering I'm not going to use some stuff. 

    Does it seem good if i look at say dmz and it would tell me what I need to know about bandwidth info and no security on it? Or things like that specific info to my situation? That's why I'm not sure just by looking at the support link given to me earlier. It has lots of links but I'm not sure where has info like specific to my config.
