I had an issue on a client's ASG120 last weekend, I filed a support ticket this past Tuesday. I got an emailed question on Wednesday from Support and haven't heard back from them since. Completely unacceptable behavior and as a company we're now searching out other vendors for firewalls/UTM's. For as much as ASG's cost the support should be pretty damn good. Unfortunately it's been 3 days with no contact on a critical issue at a client.
