tmp (/dev/disk/by-label/tmp) directory corrupted

I met error when ASG firewall boot.

It's about filesystem error on tmp (/dev/disk/by-label/tmp), the detail on the screen is said:

tmp (/dev/disk/by-label/tmp) : UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY.
fsck.ext3 /dev/disk/by-label/tmp failed (status 0x4). Run manually!       failed
.......
fsck failed for at least one filesystem (not /).
Please repair manually and reboot.
The root file system is already mounted read-write.
Give root password for login:
