License Renewal - What do we need

My vendor just renewed our license for the Astaro ASG120 and charged us for Network Security and Web Security? What's the difference between Network and Web security? We paid alot for this! Is this something we could have done ourselves?

That's why there is a feature for automatic backups; turn it on!

You can set it up to email you the backup file each time it is backed up, and each backup file is also accessible in the Webadmin, under Management, Backup/Restore section.

The backup files are rather small, since they are just a dump of the configuration database.
