Astaro survey is broken

I tried emailing survey@astaro.com but got no response [:(]


I cannot complete your survey as it asks the question "Which UTM vendor(s)/brand(s) do you currently have? (Check all that apply)"

I tick none of them and it replies "The minimum number of checks is 1."

I do not have any other vendors UTM devices, so cannot proceed with the survey

Can this be fixed?

  • I give up, astaro just don't care then, my email got ignored, I tried calling them and they said that I could not talk to marketing I had to email them.

    I guess no-one cares.


    Very poor.

    Don't bother sending out a survey if you are not interested in our feedback.
