We have a 10Mbps up and down dedicated fiber. I noticed on the computers I get full 9Mbps for download speed but only 3.6Mbps max upload. So talked to provider and then I tested with my laptop to their switch(media convertor). When my laptop was set to auto negotiation I got bad results. Once I put my NIC on laptop to 10 full duplex got 9 and 9 for up and down.
So then I connected my Astaro directly to media converter from fiber provider and set astaro nic to 10 full duplex instead of auto. Same bad results down was fine but upload was only 3 something.
The weird thing is on Daily reports from astaro I saw the upload speed max to 6 or 7Mbps. So the question is why when I connected astaro 10 full duplex my lan computers still can`t get higher uploads.
