Bug in 7.5.09?

I have been busy with school and went to run Pronto, a chat program, and could not get it to work. It is being blocked by the proxy even though I made an exception for that IP.

When I went to add it to the do not proxy rule, to see if that would fix the issue, it tells me that the name must be started with a non number. Pronto is a non number!  Add 1 in front of it and it lets me save it!

Does anyone else have this issue?  It started after my upgrade. Due to being very busy, I am being bad and did not look to much for this issue. Sorry!

    I think that just the error-message is wrong, maybe you have used this name ("Pronto") twice. Can you please check this?

    Btw, in ASG V8 you won't have this message any more.

    I was able to add that rule to my 7.509 without an error.

    It's not in their twice. 

    I have not had time to upgrade to 8. 

    Maybe I need to reboot...

    Had the same problem with the name tag of the rule. entered "text-text", after replacing the "-" it worked. so rule names without an "-" character work. was no problem before latest update.

    I tried to replicate the issue, but in my case it works fine (I have your same version). Did you wrote something in comment? Did you specify an interface?

    Everything is entered correctly.   With work and school, I have not had much time to look at it.  I did a reboot, but forgot to check to see if it is solved. I am not to worried as I will eventually go to version 8, and that should solve the issue.

    Yesterday I have seen the same bug, in my case the definition was duplicate.

    Same thing happenened to me yesterday when working on a customer's ASG remotely... banged my head against the wall until I noticed I was duplicating a service definition had previously defined... if anything, the error message needs to be corrected... guess I'll go try this on 8.100 and see if the error is there...

    The error messages were (imho) improved considerably in V8. For example, I get the following error when I try to create a duplicate definition(8.101):
    "The TCP service object with the name 'Any2' already exists".
