Setup help for Pogoplug

I am having problems getting my Pogoplug to work with Astaro V 7.5.0.7
I was told that I only need to open UDP port 4365 for the Pogoplug to connect to
the service. I setup a rule for that port and it does not work. I also created a rule to open all ports for Pogoplug and still no connection is made. Can someone help me please? I am not an expert with the Astaro software configuration and need some detailed information how to get the Pogoplug service configured.

Thanks so much for your help, how do I have to load the backup file? I ran into difficulties before and had to rename the file until I was able to load it into a new installation, while reinstalling V7 previously
