Setup help for Pogoplug

I am having problems getting my Pogoplug to work with Astaro V 7.5.0.7
I was told that I only need to open UDP port 4365 for the Pogoplug to connect to
the service. I setup a rule for that port and it does not work. I also created a rule to open all ports for Pogoplug and still no connection is made. Can someone help me please? I am not an expert with the Astaro software configuration and need some detailed information how to get the Pogoplug service configured.

    Command line access is configured in WebAdmin in 'Management >> System Settings'.

    I appreciate your support and want to thank you for your expert assistance helping me with the Pogoplug issue. I am now having problems getting the Pogoplug Drive application to work which is also not connecting to the servers. I am waiting for the Pogoplug support to diagnose the issue. Meanwhile I wanted to upgrade to the new V8 version  Astaro and I had some issues importing the backup files before when reinstalling the previous version. I always had to rename the file as it didn't want to recognize the original backup file the way it was saved through regular backups. Could you please assist me in how this will effect the V8 installation when I try to import the settings from my existing backups. Also you mentioned something about the interface cards getting reversed. Can I just reverse the network cables or to I have to search for the fix that you mentioned.
