Setup help for Pogoplug

I am having problems getting my Pogoplug to work with Astaro V 7.5.0.7
I was told that I only need to open UDP port 4365 for the Pogoplug to connect to
the service. I setup a rule for that port and it does not work. I also created a rule to open all ports for Pogoplug and still no connection is made. Can someone help me please? I am not an expert with the Astaro software configuration and need some detailed information how to get the Pogoplug service configured.

    Shell Access is unrelated to WebAdmin.  Shell Access is only necessary to run linux commands at the command line.

    For the software version, you just need to load from iso as you did initially.  Yes, it should restore your V7 configuration.  The only thing others have reported is that, sometimes, the order of Ethernet NICs is changed.  There are threads here about fixing that easily from the command line.

    Thanks for the info. I tried several times to log in to the command line interface but was never able to do so. Do I have to configure the username and password seperate since my web admin login does not work
