Cant login into WebAdmin

Huh. I was about to post about a similar issue; my license however is valid. I'm running free on a beige box, and have seen this problem since updating to 8.0. Haven't tracked it down yet, but if I try to log in, I get firefox telling me it is still executing Javascript way after it should be already logged in as the OP describes.

More info:

I still get the email telling me of a webadmin login success even though the interface doesnt appear,
The hour glass 'load indicator' stops after a time, as if it has finished loading, but no interface "caching" percentage messages appear,
The problem exists in the backups - I still get the problem if I fully reinstall and restore from a backup taken after the problem began...

Any clues or diags before I open up a support ticket? Perhaps one of my backups might help trace the problem... will send that through to support...

I have a problem with one of my ASG. When I try to login to the webadmin I have the error "Do you want the current request to be aborted?". I don"t use proxy, ...
The most strange is that if I enter a wrong password for admin user I have the message "wrong username or password, ...". If I enter the good password i have the error message "Do you want the current request to be aborted?"

I can't up2date using command line because the licence is out of date. I can't install the new licence because can't login in WebAdmin.

I can connect to the ASG with SSH.

Have you already see something like that ?

Astaro support have solved my problem.

For me the solution was :
 - Connect to the ASG with SSH.
 - Reset the admin password using the procedure in Astaro KB.
