7.505 box is not responding ASG625

i have an ASG 625 box with v7.505. i was adding new rules to the packet filter but it was taking too much time to apply them. 
from my experience restarting the box will make this faster.

after i did that i can't access the box nor ping it. what makes this strange all services are up. 

the changes added are to allow some ports so it has nothing to with this.

now i cannot ping, access webadmin or ssh to the box.

please help.
