we have two ASG220, V6 1 ASG220 for daily use and 1 for backup(offline), as we only use 1 machine at the same time so we just purchase the gold support for 1 set ASG220, another one just have factory warrnty (Gold Support) for the first year. (Year 2007)
now have a problem, when will try to testing the backup astaro, we switch two astaro ASG220, once the backup machine startup it show me the license expired...can't use any function. We just need to use the normal function, eg. NAT, PACKET FILTER, and don't need the anti virus enginee....on the backup astaro, but still can't use, how can I got the backup ASG 220 license key which come form the when we purchase from the reseller
